Coming Home to Yourself

A sixteen week nurturing programme for neurodivergent women who have spent far too long feeling that they were somehow too much, not enough, difficult, disappointing — or simply wrong.

A place to understand what shaped you, loosen the grip of old messages and begin building a kinder, safer relationship with yourself.

More than simply knowing you're Neurodivergent

Discovering that you are autistic, have ADHD, or both can finally make sense of a lifetime of experiences that never quite seemed to fit.

But understanding your neurodivergence doesn't automatically undo the years you may have spent feeling criticised, misunderstood, rejected or somehow fundamentally wrong.

Coming Home to Yourself was created for the next part of that journey.

Together, we explore not only how your neurodivergent mind works, but what happened when that mind grew up in an environment that didn't always understand, accept or nurture it — and how you can begin offering yourself something different now.

You were never the problem

Perhaps you learned early on that you were too sensitive, intense, forgetful, emotional or simply difficult.  Maybe you felt profoundly misunderstood in your formative years.

Here, we begin somewhere very different: with curiosity about the person beneath all those labels.  Finding out who you are behind the mask is a huge step in creating a new pathway forward.

Understanding what shaped you

Our earliest relationships can plant powerful messages about who we are allowed to be, and the roles we are expected to fulfil. Your neurodivergence may have been ignored, over-emphasized or unfairly targeted by those on whom you once depended.

We gently explore the criticism, emotional absence, scapegoating or lack of nurture you may have experienced... particularly within the parent-child relationship... and we do so without requiring you to blame, excuse or minimise anyone.

We never dig deeper than you feel comfortable with... and we always take one small step at a time; honouring the pace that feels safe.

Becoming someone safe for yourself

When you've spent years anticipating criticism, rejection or disapproval, it can be surprisingly difficult to stop offering the same things to yourself... and to rewrite an outdated internal script.

Across sixteen weeks, we practise another way: building self-trust, responding differently to the old critical voice and learning what genuine acceptance can feel like from the inside.

Coming home to who you truly are - and remaining there

The goal is not to become less sensitive, less intense, less neurodivergent or simply more "convenient" for other people.

You do not have to earn your place here.

You are welcome, and you are enough.

Perhaps this feels familiar...

If you've recognised something of yourself here, you don't need to make any decisions today.

You might simply want to learn a little more about Coming Home to Yourself, ask a question, or let us know that you'd like to hear about the first programme.

There is no pressure and no expectation. Just an open door.
