Coming Home to Yourself is a sixteen-week nurturing, in-person programme for neurodivergent women who grew up with criticism, blame, shame, scapegoating, emotional invalidation or the persistent feeling of being “too much” — or never quite enough.

We’re now preparing for our Founding Cohort in the Worcestershire / West Midlands area, and we’d love to hear from women who think this programme might be for them.

Expressing your interest doesn’t commit you to taking part. It simply helps us understand who might like to join us, where participants could realistically travel to and what would help make the programme accessible and supportive for you.

Coming Home to Yourself is being created for neurodivergent women who have spent too long feeling blamed, misunderstood, criticised, scapegoated or somehow “too much”.

The Founding Cohort will be the first group to experience the full sixteen-week journey — a warm, supportive space to explore what shaped you, understand yourself more compassionately and begin building a relationship with yourself that feels safer, kinder and more like home.

As a Founding Cohort participant, your experience and feedback will also help us gently refine the programme for the women who come after you.

You don’t need to be certain that you want to join. If something here is resonating, expressing your interest is simply a way of finding out more.

You may have spent years wondering why criticism cuts so deeply, why being misunderstood can feel unbearable or why you seem to carry a sense of shame that was never really yours to begin with.

Perhaps you learned to change yourself to keep other people comfortable. To mask, over-explain, apologise, achieve, accommodate or make yourself smaller.

Coming Home to Yourself was created with women like you in mind.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis. You don’t need to have everything figured out. And you certainly don’t need to decide today whether joining the Founding Cohort is right for you.
