A path born from personal healing
Magenta Owl Psychotherapy began as a heartfelt therapeutic endeavour. Our founder, having navigated personal trauma and childhood abuse, recognised a profound need for tailored support, particularly for adult daughters impacted by mothers lacking nurturing skills. Her vision was to create a clear, compassionate map for healing; transforming difficult childhood experiences into a pathway for growth. Our carefully compiled programmes are designed to guide you every step of the way... in small, safe group settings where mutual understanding is the foundation stone.

Our unique approach to healing
What makes Magenta Owl Psychotherapy different? We integrate inner-child work into our therapies, alongside encouraging time-line journaling and memoir writing as powerful routes to healing. We understand the fear around getting started... and the reluctance to pick at old scars.

Guiding new mums to nurturing parenthood
We particularly enjoy helping new mums who are passionate about parenting in the most nurturing ways, eager to avoid repeating the behaviours of their own mothers as they navigate the beautiful, sometimes rocky, path of parenthood.
